1. Booking

All bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, or our website form. A booking is not final until confirmed by us in writing or email.

2. Payment

Payment is due in full upon delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, or card payment.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will be subject to a 50% charge. Cancellations on the day of the event will be charged in full.

4. Safety

Children must be supervised at all times while using our equipment. Equipment must be used as intended; rough play, flips, or climbing on the sides is not allowed. We reserve the right to refuse setup if the area is unsafe (e.g. uneven ground, bad weather).

5. Liability

We are fully insured, but we are not liable for injury or damage caused by misuse or lack of supervision. The customer is responsible for any damage to equipment during the hire period.

6. Weather Policy

We may cancel bookings in case of severe weather (e.g. high winds, heavy rain) for safety reasons. A full refund or reschedule will be offered.

7. Delivery & Setup

We deliver across Bristol and surrounding areas. Please ensure clear access for setup. Setup and takedown are handled by our team unless agreed otherwise.
